I’m thinking about installing it now as an official channel but the fact that I will manually have to install each new update to the program is one of my main issues with doing so (HBC version has network update utility). dol, it worked beautifully and I haven’t had a single issue since. First time I tried to burn a disk with the official “non beta” version it crashed my Wii (simple reset fixed the issue, so no worries about damaging or bricking).

If you do install it and can not get it to run, I suggest going with the most current boot.dol file that has been released. elf files are named BOOT.dol or BOOT.elf. I have it currently running on my Wii at the moment with the Cover Art scroll option, which allows me to view my game collection as if I was actually picking it up off the shelf. Nintendo Gamecube running NES,SNES,GENESIS,GAMEBOY, NEO GEO and N64. Anybody who has already done this, you totally need to download USB Loader GX! If you can get it running correctly, it will work similar to the USB Loader program except it has a nice GUI that has the ability to download box art and disc art via a network connection for all of your games. This allows use of the Wii U GamePad as Player 1 in addition to storing GameCube disc images on Wii U storage.
